Chilli Noodles With Chinese Chives

Ingredients
  Instant rice/Egg noodles 8 Ounce (250 G)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Chili oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed szechwan peppercorns 2 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Soak the noodles according to packet instructions, drain and salt lightly.
2. Toss in the remaining ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon chives. Sprinkle these chives on top of the noodles and serve immediately.
