PAN FRIED NOODLES

Noodles time? Any time. A complete healthy meal in itself the pan fried recipe is just what you need to satiate your hunger in an absolutely tasty way. Boiled noodles cooked with julienne vegetables is a fabulous meal idea at any time of the day.
Ingredients
  Egg noodles 250 Gram
  Garlic 15 Gram
  Carrot 50 Gram, julienned
  Capsicum 50 Gram, julienned
  Chicken stock 50 Milliliter
  Lightsoya 15 Milliliter
  Dark soya 10 Milliliter
  Aromat powder 5 Gram
  Maggi seasoning 2 Dash
  Spring onion 20 Gram
Directions

1. Boil the noodles, cool and keep aside covered with cling wrap.
2. Make juliennes of carrot and capsicum.
3. Chop ginger and garlic.
4. Chop spring onion also.
5. Heat oil, add ginger and garlic, sauté carrot and capsicum, and add little chicken stock and cook.
6. Add dark Soya, salt, white pepper, aromat, and add noodles.
7. Toss and add spring onion, test the seasoning once again, add a little bit of chicken stock so as to keep it moist.
