Beef Stroganoff With Noodles

My first Beef Stroganoff was at a family lunch at my aunt's place.She had cooked Beef Stroganoff with a lot of butter & oil in it,in my version of Beef Stroganoff I have tried to cut down on the oil content & have added taste of spring onions.Beef Stroganoff is one of my favorite Sunday afternoon lunch,with some beer with it.A lot of people serve Beef Stroganoff with rice or breads but I like to eat my portion of Beef Stroganoff with noodles. Beef Stroganoff must always be served pipping hot otherwise it will loose it taste. Make it,eat it & let me know if you enjoyed it.
Ingredients
  Sliced sirloin 2 Pound
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped spring onion 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

To prepare Beef
Heat a pan,melt butter in it,add mushroom,chopped garlic & beef.Saute it for a while & remove the pan from heat.Mix in flour,sugar,pepper & ketchup.Put in water & sherry,mix it well till it is soaked completely with the preparation.

Preparing The Noodles
Mix all the ingredients for making the noodles.Mix it well till the mixture becomes stiff.Cut it in shape that you want with a help of a knife or a cutter.You have to dry these noodles for atleast 2 hours.Once dried,add 1 tsp olive oil to water & boil the noodles.
spread noodles on a serving dish,place beef in the middle atop the noodles.Heat the beef thoroughly before you serve it.Garnish with sliced spring onions.
