Rice Noodles With Spicy Beef

Ingredients
  Rice noodles 1 Pound
  Peanut oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Green ginger 1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and chopped
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and chopped
  Green chili 1 , chopped
  Rump steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
Directions

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain and pour over cold water.
Drain again.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and keep hot.
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger, chilli and beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the fish sauce and remove the pan from the heat.
Spoon the mixture over the noodles and sprinkle over the peanuts before
