Rice Noodles With Spicy Beef
|Rice noodles||1 Pound|
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Green ginger||1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and chopped|
|Ginger||1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and chopped|
|Green chili||1 , chopped|
|Rump steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Fish sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Roasted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain and pour over cold water.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and keep hot.
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger, chilli and beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the fish sauce and remove the pan from the heat.
