Mixed Veg Noodles

Ingredients
  Egg noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili garlic sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh green peas/Frozen green peas 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped carrots 1 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Chopped onions 1 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Boil 5 cups of water (to which 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil is added)and cook noodles till done.
2. Drain excess water and immediately add cold water and drain. Keep the noodles aside.
3. Now heat oil in a pan and add onions, saute for a while.
4. Add peas, carrot and bell pepper and saute for about 1 minute.
5. Now add soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce and vinegar and salt to taste.
6. Add cooked noodles and tomato sauce and mix it well.
7. Cook for about 1 minute till everything blends together.
8. Serve hot.

Yes this Mixed Veg Noodle looks so fresh and delicious. I guess it will taste great with Manchurian and Chilli dish. Is it suitable or kids also? With Regards, ifood.tv Admin

Thanks Admin. It is suitable for kids also. They will love the tangyness of the tomato sauce...(as far as i know almost every kid is fond of tomato sauce)
