Shepherd's Noodles

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Grated parmesan cheese/Grated romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked pasta 5 Ounce
Directions

In small saucepan combine ricotta, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir about 3 minutes or till heated through.
Toss ricotta mixture and parmesan with pasta till coated.
