Mushroom Tuna Noodle Casserole

  Uncooked noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna fish 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can Or 1 Cup)
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup Or 1 Can)
  Canned green beans/Peas 17 Ounce, drained (2 Cups Of One Can Of 1 Pound And 1 Ounce)
  Crushed potato chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (If Desired)

In 2-quart casserole, combine noodles and water.
COOK, covered, 10 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in tuna fish, soup, mushrooms and green beans.
Cook covered, 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
Sprinkle with potato chips just before serving.
