Turkey Noodle Soup With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Celery ribs 2 , coarsely chopped
  Turkey carcass 1 , broken into large pieces
  Carrots 3 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Onions 2 Small, quartered
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Canned plum tomatoes 28 Ounce, chopped coarsely and drained well in a colander (1 Can)
Directions

In a large kettle or stockpot combine the carcass, the celery, the carrots, the garlic, the onions, the peppercorns, and enough water to cover the mixture by 2 inches (about 6 quarts) and simmer the mixture, uncovered, for 3 hours.
