Clear Turkey Noodle Soup
|Turkey broth||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Wide egg noodles/Homemade egg noodles of equal amount||1 Packet|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1 Heat turkey broth, celery, onion, salt and pepper to boiling in large kettle. Drop in noodles, a few at a time, so broth does not stop boiling. Cook, stirring often, 10 minutes, or just until noodles are tender.
2 Stir in parsley; ladle into soup plates
