Clear Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  Turkey broth 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wide egg noodles/Homemade egg noodles of equal amount 1 Packet
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

1 Heat turkey broth, celery, onion, salt and pepper to boiling in large kettle. Drop in noodles, a few at a time, so broth does not stop boiling. Cook, stirring often, 10 minutes, or just until noodles are tender.
2 Stir in parsley; ladle into soup plates
