Ingredients
  Yellow summer squash 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in narrow lengthwise strips
  Cooked spinach noodle 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Steam squash in a vegetable steamer over medium-high heat until tender.
Remove squash to a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
