Hay And Straw Noodle Toss
|Yellow summer squash||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in narrow lengthwise strips|
|Cooked spinach noodle||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, diced|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Steam squash in a vegetable steamer over medium-high heat until tender.
Remove squash to a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
