Ham And Noodle Supper
|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Uncooked fine egg noodles||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Canned green peas||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sauté ham and mushrooms in butter in medium skillet.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Heat peas and drain.
Combine noodles, peas, ham, mushrooms, and cheese.
Serve immediately in heated serving dish with additional cheese, if desired.
