Sausage V Noodle Dinner
|Bulk pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Cabbage head||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Carrot||1 Large, shredded|
|Chicken bouillon granules||2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||16 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Noodles||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
In a large skillet, brown and crumble the sausage; drain.
Add cabbage, onion and carrot; mix well.
Dissolve the bouillon in water; pour over vegetables.
Cover and cook over medium-high heat until the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Reduce heat; stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
Transfer to a serving bowl; add hot noodles and toss.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
