Ground Pork With Bean Thread Noodles
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Pinch|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Lean ground pork||8 Ounce (225 Grams)|
|Oil||52 Milliliter (3 1/2 Tablespoons)|
|Ginger slice||2 , shredded|
|Dried black mushrooms||8 , soaked and shredded|
|Bean thread||4 Ounce, soaked and cut into 3 1/2 inch lengths (112 Grams)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Stock||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 Large, beaten|
|Sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
1. Marinate ground pork for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 10-15 seconds. Add ground pork; stir for1 1/2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add mushrooms and drained bean thread noodles, stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in salt, sugar, and 1 cup soup stock. Reduce heat to medium-high, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle extra soup stock if too dry.
4. Return ground pork to wok, stirring well. Slowly pour in beaten egg, stirring constantly
