Ground Pork With Bean Thread Noodles

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Wine 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Lean ground pork 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Oil 52 Milliliter (3 1/2 Tablespoons)
  Ginger slice 2 , shredded
  Dried black mushrooms 8 , soaked and shredded
  Bean thread 4 Ounce, soaked and cut into 3 1/2 inch lengths (112 Grams)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Stock 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 4 Large, beaten
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 1⁄2
Directions

1. Marinate ground pork for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 10-15 seconds. Add ground pork; stir for1 1/2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add mushrooms and drained bean thread noodles, stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in salt, sugar, and 1 cup soup stock. Reduce heat to medium-high, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle extra soup stock if too dry.
4. Return ground pork to wok, stirring well. Slowly pour in beaten egg, stirring constantly
