Cold Noodles With Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Shredded fresh ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Tahini 4 Tablespoon (Sesame Paste)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Noodles 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

In a small saucepan, heat garlic, ginger, and tahini together over moderate heat until garlic and ginger begin to brown.
Add soy sauce and sugar and heat 2 minutes more.
Toss with cooked noodles and serve at room temperature, or chilled, as you prefer.
