Noodle Coated Chicken
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up (1 In Number)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed chowmein||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Place, skin side up, in ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce; stir in noodles.
Top chicken with butter mixture.
Continue baking till chicken is tender, 10 to 15 minutes more.
Do not turn.
Skim fat from pan juices; serve juices over chicken.
