|Medium noodles||8 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolk||1 , slightly beaten|
|Grated romano cheese/Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Place butter in 2-cup measure.
Microwave on high 1 minute until butter melts.
Stir in cream.
Microwave 1 minute on high, or until cream is warm.
Stir a little of the cream mixture in beaten egg yolk, stirring with fork.
Pour hot egg mixture into cream mixture and blend well.
Pour sauce over steaming hot noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Toss gently to ccat well.
Garnish with parsley.
