Noodles Con Carne
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Hot pepper||To Taste, chopped|
|Canned chili beans||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Wide egg noodles||6 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
In 3-quart casserole, crumble ground beef, green pepper, onion, pepper and hot pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 10 minutes until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring every 3 minutes.
Add chili beans, tomato sauce, Cheddar cheese, noodles and chili powder; mix well.
Microwave at high (10) 9 to 15 minutes until bubbly.
