|Wide noodles||4 Ounce (uncooked)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, the chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir margarine into hot noodles.
Stir in sour cream mixture.
Place on warm platter.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
