Beef Noodle Bake

Ingredients
  Medium noodles 4 Ounce
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream style cottage cheese 16 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
In skillet cook beef, onion, and green pepper tiil meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Blend together cottage cheese and cream cheese till fluffy.
Spoon the cooked noodles into a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Spread cheese mixture over noodles; pour meat sauce over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till heated through, 30 to 40 minutes.
