Noodles With Chinese Barbecued Pork

|Green onions||5 , minced|
|Fresh bean sprouts||1⁄2 Pound, washed with hot water and drained|
|Barbecued pork slices||1⁄2 Pound, heated|
|Snow peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), trimmed|
|Soy sauce||5 Tablespoon|
|Dark brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
Place cooked noodles in deep bowl.
Cut noodles with kitchen scissors into 3-inch pieces.
Mix in onions, bean sprouts, pork, and snow peas.
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Toss noodles with sauce.
