Baked Tuna N Noodles
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||62 Ounce (Six 10 3/4 Ounce Cans)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked noodles||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||42 Ounce, drained and flaked (Six 7 Ounce Cans)|
|Diced pimiento||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
Blend in soup; gradually stir in milk.
Add noodles, tuna, and pimiento.
Pour into four 1 1/2 quart casseroles or five 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dishes (10x6x2" each).
Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot; stir.
Top with crumbs; bake 5 minutes more.
