Shrimp And Noodle Bake

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 4 Ounce
  Frozen shelled shrimp 7 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned french fried onions 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Of A 3-Ounce Can)
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Cook frozen shrimp according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In saucepan cook chopped onion in butter till tender but not brown.
Stir in flour, salt, and dillweed.
Add milk all at once; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in Parmesan.
Gently stir in cooked noodles and shrimp.
Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350° till heated through, about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle French-fried onions around edges of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
Garnish with a sprig of dill, if desired.
