Butterscotch And Chocolate Noodle Cookie

Ingredients
  Chocolate chips 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butterscotch chips 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Canned chow mein noodles 24 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Place chips in top of double boiler over very hot water.
Stir occasionally to mix while chips are melting.
Stir in vanilla, and remove irom heat.
Stir in Chow Mein noodles and nuts.
Try to evenly coat the noodles.
Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Will become firm at room temperature, but if in a hurry, place briefly in refrigerator.
