Seafood Noodles And Oyster Sauce

Cooking pancit with mixed seafoods. It is quite easy and delicious, too.
Ingredients
  Pancit/Noodles 700 Gram
  Fish fillet 300 Gram (We Used Iridescent Shark But Any Other Firm Flesh Fish Is Ok)
  Squid 300 Gram
  Shrimps 150 Gram, shelled & without dorsal vein
  Holland beans 200 Gram
  Carrots 300 Gram, round shaped sliced
  Chinese cabbage 25 Gram (The Tender Part Of The Leaves Cutted Into Square Shape)
  Onion 1 , shredded
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Oyster sauce 8 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Water 400 Milliliter
  Broth cube 1
Directions

In a Wok or a large pan, heat the olive oil and saute the onions and the garlic until golden brown, add the carrots, the water, 3 tbsp. of oyster sauce and boil for 5min.

Add the Holland Beans, the Chinese cabbage leaves€™ stalk and simmer for 3min, add the squid and every 5min, add the shrimps, the fish and the Chinese cabbage leaves. Remove the wok from the heat and set aside.

Bring to boil an abundant quantity of water then dissolve in the broth cube and add the Pancit, cook for 2min then strain and pour into the Wok.

Bring the Wok back over a medium heat and mix continuously for 3min.
