In a Wok or a large pan, heat the olive oil and saute the onions and the garlic until golden brown, add the carrots, the water, 3 tbsp. of oyster sauce and boil for 5min.
Add the Holland Beans, the Chinese cabbage leaves€™ stalk and simmer for 3min, add the squid and every 5min, add the shrimps, the fish and the Chinese cabbage leaves. Remove the wok from the heat and set aside.
Bring to boil an abundant quantity of water then dissolve in the broth cube and add the Pancit, cook for 2min then strain and pour into the Wok.
