Saucy Pork N Noodle Bake
|Cubed cooked pork||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Narrow noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Pimiento||1 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
Brown meat in melted shortening in skillet.
When meat is well browned, drain excess fat from skillet; add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into 1-qt. casserole; bake 45 min., stirring occasionally.
