Ingredients
  Homemade turkey broth/Chicken broth 9 Cup (144 tbs)
  Carrots 4 Medium, shredded
  Celery ribs 3 , sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sage 1 Teaspoon, rubbed
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 3
  Bay leaf 1
  Diced cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Uncooked macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a large kettle or Dutch oven, combine the first six ingredients.
Tie cloves and bay leaf in a cheesecloth bag and add to kettle; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add the turkey, macaroni and parsley; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until macaroni is tender and soup is heated through.
Discard spice bag.
