Oriental Peanut Noodles
|Linguine/Spaghetti||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Radishes||6 Ounce, each cut in quarters (1 Bag)|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , chopped|
1. In saucepot, prepare linguine as label directs; drain. Return to saucepot; keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, in hot salad oil, cook green onions until tender.
3. In bowl, beat peanut butter and hot water until smooth. Stir in green onions, radishes, celery, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and hot-pepper sauce; toss with linguine; stir in egg.
