Creamy ham and noodle dinner is a meat and vegetable preparation along with egg noodles. Cooked in a saucepan with milk as the base, the ham is cooked with carrots and peas. Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dried dill weed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Ham 1 Pound, cubed
  Wide egg noodles 16 Ounce, cooked and cubed (1 Package)
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)
Directions

In a small bowl combine flour and a small amount of milk until smooth.
Add remaining milk, dill and mustard; set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
Add carrots and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally until crisp-tender.
Stir in reserved milk mixture;bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in ham, noodles and peas.
Cook and stir until heated through.
