|Toasted sesame oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Tamari soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Balsamic vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Organic brown rice vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dark molasses||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chinese egg noodles||1 Pound (455 Pound)|
|Cilantro||60 Milliliter, chopped (4 Tablespoons)|

Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil.
Meanwhile, combine the oils, tamari, vinegars, molasses and salt in a bowl.
Cook the noodles for 2 minutes until they rise to the top of the water.
Drain the noodles well and toss them in seasoned oils.
Add the cilantro and green onions.
