Noodles With Mixed Meats Prawns And Vegetables
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pork roast||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked prawns||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Canned bamboo shoots||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||4 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||1⁄4 Pint (5/8 Cups)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Tablespoon|
Drop the noodles into boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with a drop or two of oil to prevent them sticking together.
Cut the meats, bamboo shoots, pepper, onion and carrot into thin strips.
Pick over the bean sprouts.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying-pan.
Add the noodles and turn them over and over in it, adding a little more oil, if necessary.
Add the vegetables and turn them over and over.
Add the stock, seasonings, chicken, pork and prawns and mix all together.
Add the soy sauce.
Finally, blend the cornflour with the water, stir it into the boiling mixture and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
