I got mixed reviews from my family for this Chinese Chicken Noodles With Sesame Sauce but I personally loved it. I never knew sesame sauce would go this well with Chinese noodles until I tried this Chinese Chicken Noodles With Sesame Sauce recipe. You will adore this!
Ingredients
  Chinese noodles 8 Ounce (Fresh, 240 Gram)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Sesame paste/Tahini 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)
  Sesame oil/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Peanut oil/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter, For Frying)
  Leeks/Onions 240 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)
  Bamboo shoots 120 Milliliter, sliced (1/2 Cup)
  Chicken breasts 4 , cut into bite-size strips (Boneless And Skinless)
  Zucchini squash 240 Milliliter, bias sized (1 Cup)
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Combine sauce ingredients: stir together the soy sauce, sherry, sesame paste, sesame oil and sesame seeds; set aside.
In wok, heat oil; add leeks, bamboo shoots and chicken pieces.
Stir-fry 3 minutes.
Remove from wok; add more oil if necessary.
Stir-fry zucchini for 2 minutes.
Add chicken mixture and cooked, drained noodles back to wok; pour sauce over all.
Toss mixture to coat with sauce; cover.
Cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
