In this Lowcarbcafe video, Chef Kelly is testing Shirataki Noodles which is low carb and can be good substitute for your high carb noodles. She follows the instructions for cooking the noodles and serves it with stir fried chicken which is a leftover dish from her last night dinner. The Shirataki Noodles tastes very much like regular noodles only with a slightly different texture. Kelly doesn't mind because the noodle has only 1 carb per serving.
