Soba Noodles With Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Soba noodles 8 Ounce
  Chicken stock/Low-sodium chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Dark sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)
Directions

1 Bring a stockpot of unsalted water to a boil.
Add the soba and cookfor 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Drain and rinse to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the stock, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper.
Add the soba and toss to coat.
