Easy Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Large, peeled and chopped
  Celery 250 Milliliter, diced (1 Cup)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), undrained (284 Milliliter)
  Tomato sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 213 Milliliter)
  Chicken consomme/Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon rind 1 , grated
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter, grated (1 Cup)
Directions

€¢ Microwave noodles according to Pasta Cooking Chart.
€¢ Combine butter or margarine and onion in a large microwave-safe casserole. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stir. Add the celery and garlic. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute. Stir well.
€¢ Add crumbled ground beef, stir to mix. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes. Stir well.
€¢ Add the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Mix thoroughly. Cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes, stir.
€¢ Add the cheese, stir until well blended. Microwave at MEDIUM 10 minutes.
