Basic Noodles And Peanut Soup

I tasted one of its kind from my Chinese friend's place the other day and instantly fell in love with the Basic Noodles n Soup. Updating myself with a few tips from her, I ventured into this Basic Noodles n Soup. It was simply great!
  Egg noodles 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 5 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon

1. Prepare any of the simple or stir-fried toppings suggested below.
2. Parboil noodles
3. Place noodles in a bowl. Add soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil and pepper, and toss well. Keep noodles warm. Meanwhile bring stock to a boil.
4. Transfer noodles to a large tureen or to individual soup bowls. Arrange topping over noodles; then pour heated stock over and serve at once.
