  Egg noodles 1⁄2 Pound
  Stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Scallion 1
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon

1. Parboil noodles
2. Bring stock to a boil. Stir in noodles, then bring to a boil again. Simmer to heat through Meanwhile mince scallion.
3. Stir salt, pepper, soy sauce and sherry into stock. Sprinkle with scallion and serve at once.
