Haka Noodles With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Noodles 100 Gram, boiled
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole red chilies 3 , broken into bits
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Capsicum 1 , shredded
  Carrot 1 , shredded
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic flakes 4 , crushed and chopped
  Spring onions/1 ordinary onion 3
  Shredded bamboo shoots 2 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 4 Tablespoon
  Dried mushrooms 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ajinomoto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
Remove from fire, add broken red chillies and chilli powder.
Return to fire and mix in the boiled noodles, salt and soya sauce.
Fry for 1 minute, till evenly brown in colour.
Keep the fried noodles aside.
To prepare the vegetables, shred all vegetables.
Heat 3 tbsp oil.
Reduce heat and add garlic.
Add vegetables in sequence of their tenderness onions, sprouts, bamboo shoots, capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
Add ajinomoto, salt and pepper.
Add soya sauce and vinegar.
Cook for 1/2 minute.
Add water.
Boil.
Add cornflour mixture, stirring continuously.
Cook for 1 minute till thick.
Remove from fire.
