This Noodles n Soup With Pork is healthy as it is flavorsome. My family and I still think that this Noodles n Soup With Pork is one of the best Chinese recipes, I have cooked so far. Serve it hot!
Ingredients
  Dried black mushrooms 4
  Egg noodles 1⁄4 Pound
  Pork 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 3 Drop
  Chinese cabbage 1⁄4 Pound
  Stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. Soak dried mushrooms.
2. Parboil noodles
3. Slice pork thin; also bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and soaked mushrooms. Cut Chinese cabbage stems lengthwise in 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch strips.
4. Bring stock to a boil. Add pork and vegetables and bring to a boil again; then simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
5. Add noodles and cook only to reheat. Then stir in soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil and serve.
