|Vermicelli/Capellini/other thin pasta||3 Ounce|
|Sesame seeds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Cook the vermicelli according to package directions, omitting the salt.
Drain and transfer to a heated serving bowl.
While the pasta is cooking, toast the sesame seeds in a 7 inch skillet over moderately low heat, stirring, until they begin to turn an amber color about 2 minutes.
Add the margarine, swirling the skillet until the margarine melts.
Pour the sesame seeds and margarine over the vermicelli, add the salt, and toss until each strand is coated.
