Cold Summer Noodles

|English seedless cucumber||1 , cut into half lengthwise and shredded|
|Eggless curry flavored noodles||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Chopped garlic||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Chicken breast||1⁄2 Pound, steamed and shredded (225 Gram)|
|Fresh bean sprouts||1⁄2 Pound, roots removed and blanched (225 Gram)|
|Salt reduced soy sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Vinegar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Vegetable stock||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
1 Cook noodles in boiling stock 4 minutes. Drain and cool, discarding stock.
2 Combine chicken, bean sprouts and cucumber. Add garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to noodles, toss to blend.
