Cold Summer Noodles

Ingredients
  English seedless cucumber 1 , cut into half lengthwise and shredded
  Eggless curry flavored noodles 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Chicken breast 1⁄2 Pound, steamed and shredded (225 Gram)
  Fresh bean sprouts 1⁄2 Pound, roots removed and blanched (225 Gram)
  Salt reduced soy sauce 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vegetable stock 1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)
Directions

1 Cook noodles in boiling stock 4 minutes. Drain and cool, discarding stock.
2 Combine chicken, bean sprouts and cucumber. Add garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to noodles, toss to blend.
