|Soy noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Mushrooms||6 Large, chopped|
|Sunflower seeds||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon (Planters Brand)|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packed)|
|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole grain bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook the noodles until tender; drain.
Saute the onion, mushrooms and sunflower seeds in Planters Peanut Oil until the vegetables are soft and the seeds are crisp.
Combine the drained noodles with the vegetables and seeds; stir in 3/4 cup of the grated Swiss cheese, eggs or Fleischmann's Egg Beaters, yogurt and seasonings.
Turn into oiled casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and the rest of the grated cheese (1/4 cup)
Bake at 350° for 30 mins. until firm.
