Noodles Con Carne
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Hot bulk sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Hot pepper||To Taste, chopped|
|Canned chili beans||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Wide egg noodles||6 Ounce, cooked and drained|
In 3-quart casserole, crumble ground beef, sausage, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and hot pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 8 to 10 minutes, until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring every 3 minutes.
Add chili beans, chili powder, tomato sauce, Cheddar cheese and egg noodles, mixing well.
Microwave at high (10) 12 to 15 minutes until bubbly.

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Bake on Combination Code 3,18 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
