Easy Beef & Noodles
|Beef chuck||8 Ounce|
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||60 Milliliter (Half Soup Can)|
|Dry white wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen noodles||4 Ounce (Half Of 8 Ounce Package)|
1. Pierce meat deeply on all sides with a large fork. Cut into 1-inch cubes. In a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, combine meat, onion soup, water, wine and Worcestershire sauce; stir well, making sure meat is covered by liquid.
2. Cover and microwave at 100% (high) 10 minutes. Microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 30 minutes.
3. Stir in frozen noodles. Cover and microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 30 minutes or until meat is tender; stir every 10 minutes. Meat is done when it can be easily pierced with a fork. Noodles should be fully hydrated and tender.
4. When meat is tender, stir mixture. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
