  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter (About 1 Teaspoon)
  Egg white 10 Milliliter (About 2 Teaspoon)
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Ginger syrup 30 Milliliter, sliced (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Canned lychees 4 Ounce (About 110 Gram)
  Canned loquats 4 Ounce (About 110 Gram)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Light soy sauce 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  White vinegar 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Lychee 125 Milliliter (About 1/2 Cup)
Directions

1 Combine chicken, cornstarch and egg white in a bowl. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry chicken until white. Add ginger, lychees and loquats.
2 Combine sauce ingredients. Stir into chicken and heat until thickened.
