Try this delicious version of Ramen Noodles. An easy to prepare pasta recipe, this Ramen Noodles is a dish that you would love to talk about with us!
Ingredients
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Anchovy fillets 2 , minced
  Softened butter 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Freshly cooked noodles 8 Ounce, drained
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Brown the garlic lightly in the oil. Remove the garlic and saute the mushrooms in the oil about five minutes.
2. Cream the anchovies with the butter, add to the mushrooms and season to taste with salt and pepper. Reheat.
3. Mix the mushrooms with hot noodles
