Burger Noodle Supper
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Quick cooking rolled oats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced dried onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Beef gravy base/10 1/4 ounce can beef gravy||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In mixing bowl mix egg, oats, Worcestershire, onion, mustard, bouillon granules, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into four 4-inch patties.
In large skillet brown patties on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Mix Gravy Base and 1 cup water.
Pour over patties. (If using canned gravy, pour undiluted gravy over patties.) Bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 minute more.
