Saucy Pork N' Noodle Bake
|Cubed cooked pork||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Uncooked noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||11 Ounce|
|Canned whole kernel corn||9 Ounce, undrained|
|Sliced pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 30 seconds.
Add pork and heat, uncovered, on full power 2 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat, covered, on roast for 14 to 17 minutes or until noodles are tender.
