Noodles With Cheese And Broccoli
|Cooked broccoli||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firm cooked enriched noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese/Pot cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated hard cheese||1 Ounce|
|Chopped pimento||1 Teaspoon|
Spread broccoli in a small baking pan.
Combine cooked noodles with cottage or pot cheese.
Spread on broccoli.
Sprinkle top with cheese (e.g., Parmesan, or other hard cheese) and paprika, and put under broiler, in warming well, or oven to melt cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped pimentos.
