Noodle-Kraut Casserole

  Sauerkraut 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Enriched noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Imitation margarine/Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (Or Sliced)

Combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and celery salt.
Set aside.
Combine noodles, margarine, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix thoroughly.
Place 3/4 of the sauerkraut in a small casserole.
Cover with noodles.
Arrange cheese over noodles and top with remaining sauerkraut.
Bake at 375° F. for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
