Cottage Noodles

These Cottage Noodles have won my heart ! At the moment, I cannot think of a better noodles dish for my meals or even breakfast with a lil' flexibility. Try out these Cottage Noodles at the earliest and the adulation infection is going to catch you faster than the horrible swine flu ! Don't forget to tell me if you think I'm right !
Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked enriched wide egg noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Salt 1 Dash
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in blender and whiz till smooth.
Layer remaining ingredients in a small baking dish and cover with blended mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for about 15 minutes or till bubbly hot.
